After successfully completing his Bachelors of Science degree at The University of Pretoria, Johannes joined the business in 1994 as part of the operations department.
Johannes was promoted to general manager in 2004 after 10 years in the operations department. He quickly proved his worth and was subsequently promoted to director in 2005. He was appointed as the Managing Director of Formalito in 2007 and has successfully been at the helm since then. He currently has over 26 years of experience in the firearm and outdoor wholesale industry.
